New digital technologies have changed the way traditional orthodontics is prac-ticed. Excellence in lingual orthodontics is rarely achieved suddenly or spon-taneously, considering that the great refinement starts from the beginning and continues throughout the entire treatment.

Furthermore, CLEAR ALIGNER Sys-tem has been radically improved in many aspects, but many movements remain still unpredictable, outlining the limits of aligners therapy. The combination of lingual orthodontics with clear aligners in an “ hybrid approach” show an ef-ficient treatment alternative. This solution significantly reduces overall treat-ment time and unpredictable movements of aligners alone. Digital planning by an exclusive software both for lingual and hybrid therapy permits to customize accurately the teeth position, brackets torque design and archform coordination, thereby improving mechanical control and allowing for highly predictable results with a significant reduction in treatment time.
